Pre-CBT Patch Notes

Tree of Savior developers use a special portal to report bug and balance fixes. Below are the changes that they have done so far in September 2014. Original non translated patch notes.

17th September Update: Patch Note website is up!

24th Nov - Patch Notes

Updates

  • Fixed skill tooltips: Archer, Cleric class
  • Added 대성당 (Cathedral) and 순례자의 길 (Road of the Pilgrim) quest
  • During quest cutscenes, defense and offense (stats) will not be changed now (probably buff timers will stop during cutscenes?)
  • Added Boss skills
  • Adjusted quest experiences bonus

  • Reorganized features in the friend list
  • Added some skill casting sounds

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where boss monster losing aggro for no reason
  • Fixed issue during first character creation, item icon did not appear in quick slot
  • Fixed issue where 킬 카운트 (Kill Count) quest can be completed using an anvil
  • Fixed a bug where client crashes when receiving item from the market
  • Fixed bug where experience were given after the first 티타스 (quest?) cutscene
  • Fixed bug where Frenzy skill does not function properly when using two-handed sword
  • Fixed issue where client crashes when player go further than second page in the equipment store

31st Oct - Patch Notes

27th Oct - Patch Notes

  • Skill fixes: 유체이탈 (Out of Body Experience - OBE), 유체폭발 (Fluid Explosion)
  • Damage Increase attributes added for the following 2nd circle and 3rd circle classes: Psychokino, Sapper, Bokor and Dievdirbys

  • Holding down “alt” key allows player to see tooltips of the accessories (bracelets) he would like to switch to

  • Added increasing damage multipliers for 2nd and 3rd classes

  • Equipment durability is now visible even during cut-scenes

    • Should the Corsair be the party leader, the party changes into a pirate gang.

    • If you're a 2nd rank class, you are now unable to change to a class lower or equal in rank to that rank.

  • Fixed a problem where some monster have 100% drop rate
  • Fixed a problem where a message would pop up upon using a targeted skill

  • Fixed a problem where buff type skills would not work when monster aggro numbers were too high.

Third Patch Notes

  • Added special damage to Archer, Cleric, and Pyromancer 2nd and 3rd circles
  • Some fixes bosses skills
  • The system menu will not appear when you press the ESC button.
  • Skills Fixed: 콘센트레이트 (Concentrate)

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a problem with the Boss Health UI not appearing.
  • Fixed an issue where Concentrate attacks would last for one more attack (?)

21st Oct - Patch Notes

  • Changed the tooltips for non-purchaseable items so that their price would not be displayed

Bug Fixes

  • Tooltips now appear for items that are linked in all chat.
  • Fixed synchronization bug
  • Fixed occurrences of skill cast direction going haywire when casting whilst turning.
  • Modified so that during zone change, buff effects still remains with the character
  • Fixed so that when the party UI HP (HP bars of party mates) not updating accordingly when party member is attacked by a monster
  • Fixed bug where magic attack increases by magic casting distance
  • Fixed targetted skills not activating as intended

20th Oct - Patch Notes

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where a monster that was attacked on a hill would stop moving
  • Fixed that the 'space bar icon' did not appear to climb the Klaipeda statue
  • Fixed problems associated with a “zombie” version of the player character remaining upon changing zones with monster aggro.

  • Fixed party member list not updating when someone leaves the party
  • Fixed a problem where Skill UI [Custom] Skin does not show
  • Fixed an issue where, when a player dies from monsters using AOE (Area of Effect) and ranged skill (magic), player character still automatically movies while being dead
  • Fixed a bug where an additional party experience is earned while on a one-player party
  • Fixed death options (ie respawn at town, etc) UI not appearing after death.

16th Oct - 2nd Patch Notes

  • Reflective Shield: Reflecting damage using the skill caused server to crash today. Temporary measures needed.

15th Oct - 1st Patch Notes

14th Oct - Character Reset Information

  • If BGM fails to play normally, please check the internal announcements for details.

Character Reset

  • Server Open (restart?) Time: 8PM (KST)
  • Server reboot reward: For accounts with user ranking from 1st to 20th since the last reset, when making a new character (if player re-create account with a different class) 500,000 silver will be rewarded for a single time only
    (Not sure if this applies for CBT or internal testing)

  • Changed a duration to gain some attack skills to 0 seconds

6th Oct - Patch Notes

29th Sept - Patch Notes

  1. Increased Swordsman guard success rate
  2. Changed Archer skills to deal damage dependent on monster size
    e.g. deal higher damage to medium monsters but deal lower damage to small and large sized monsters
  3. Reduced archer wide-range (AoE) skill
  4. Modified Dievdirby skill
  5. Reduced STR stats of 부베투사 건틀릿 (a kind of Gauntlets)
  6. Doubled the Global Shout characters limit
  7. Added level restrictions to highly rating equipment
  8. Changed issue with monsters cannot get close to Wizard and Archer
    e.g. Wizard and Archer can move backwards when attacking monsters
  9. Changed so that nearby monsters also get aggroed when a monster is in battle with Archer
  10. Decreased experienced gained when a character kills a monster with lower level then them
  11. Splash damage reduction is applied to small monsters (?)
  12. Balanced Pyromancer skill
  13. Swordsman (possibly Highlander) charging Skills will not be cancelled
  14. When an item is dropped, the item ownership belongs to the player (who killed the monster) for 1 minute. Item will disappear after 2 minutes
  15. Reduced experience for field Boss

  17. Revised Sadhu Fluid Explosion skill animation timing
  18. Revised item comparison tooltips
  19. Added some monsters and skill sounds
